I've never been off-strip either Don't think I'd get a room, but look forward to replies to your post. I like South Point. You could hit this one on the way to the M Resort. Pretty much the only 4 casinos I go to when in town if I go to any at all. We've been comped several times at Orleans and Gold Coast and have hit a couple jackpots at their properties we've stayed at all of them now , so I gotta love them.

South Point has also comped rooms, buffets, and bottles of wine for us, and I think we would both say it is our home away from home since we are both comfortable there.

Green Valley and Red Rock to just walk around and enjoy their properties and we've also experienced good food both places. Sam's Town for Mr. Ducky's table games, inexpensive champagne brunch on Sunday, Billy Bob's Steakhouse, and I've found a couple of pairs of jeans I like at Shepler's upstairs Sunset Station offered us a wonderful view of the strip from our suite a couple years ago Silverton is fun to see them feed the fish, visit the Bass Pro Shop, and they also have a pretty good buffet and I've also been lucky there on the slots.

I am probably forgetting some There are fun things to see and do at all the casinos in the Vegas area so just pick a couple each trip, and we enjoy getting away from the strip and experiencing different areas of Vegas: Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa. Red Rock Resort Casino and Spa. El Cortez Western Jerry's Nugget. Boulder Station great live bands. All of your saved places can be found here in My Trips.

Gambling is cheaper than the strip, too. And just next door to Red Rock a short walk across the street is the new Downtown Summerlin outdoor mall, featuring all sorts of middle to high-end stores like Apple, Michael Kors and more.

This is another of the featured Station Casinos properties. The outdoor pool area, in particular, is a gorgeous hallmark of Green Valley Ranch. There are multiple pools, including The Backyard, which features a sand-bottomed pool with beautiful views of the strip. Gambling is roughly the same as Red Rock: The Southpoint arena is the home to many rodeo-related events, and also hosts several United States wrestling qualifiers.

There are many penny slots, the cocktail waitresses are usually the same age as your grandmother and they have blackjack machines that allow you to play each hand for 5 cents.
